I needed a replacement phone for our small office phone system. The dealer we bought it from many years ago has long since gone out of business. This phone is an exact replacement for the phones in our system and all I had to do is plug it in to the system and it worked perfectly with all of the system features and all for a fraction of the cost of a service call from a vendor that wanted to upgrade the entire system.

We have a old phone system but it still works. We needed to add some extensions and purchased these. They came with the base, headset, new chord, and a plastic riser to tilt the phone more at an angle.You can't beat the price/ functionality especially since we have older phones of the same model which still function for more then 10 years!!\Note: the plastic riser was a pain to put on but feels really secure once its on. Not enough to dock the rating.

I needed to find some phones to make use of an old partner system, the 12d and 18d models were compatible. They worked well with the ATT 103D2 system in my case but should be compatible with many other systems as well

The rebuilder of the phone used poor quality parts; the display is missing a little tick in the middle towards the bottom. It is legible but not clear; the real laugh was how the number pad was assembled. Instead of across the top 1, 2, 3 it was 1, 4,,3. They swapped the 2 and the 4 in position.The hassle of return did not appeal to us as time is money; we are an auto repair shop so we took the phone apart and rearranged the number pad. I would not use this vendor again; they need to step it up to get my business back.
