Perfect! They cook quickly, but don’t go gloppy!
These noodles go into every Thai soup (and iterations thereof!) that I make, and they’re perfect. They cook quickly, but they don’t go gloppy with slow-simmering or re-heating. Great price.

Versatile and Delicious
These rice sticks are so awesome, I love them so much because they cook up quickly, they feeda lot of people or you can just take out a third at a time to boil up for one or two people. I mix cut up chicken, edamame, with it while it is cooking, sometimes frozen broccoli florets, then drain the water add some white vinegar, peanut butter Thai sauce, soy sauce and Asian seasoning and I have dinner for me and the family. I also use these noodles as a side dish, or you can put them soups.

Use for salad rolls
I just add to just boiled water and let sit for about 15 minutes to soften. I use them to make salad rolls.

STIR-FRY NOODLES
Don't buy unless you're making stir-fry noodles. I REPEAT. STIR-FRY NOODLES. That’s the reason they are ‘stiff’ as mentioned by some reviews which I was initially confused about due to other conflicting reviews -until I bought it lol. These are semi-transparent noodles for ‘Stir-Fry’ = meant to be stiff, chewy & break into 2 inch pieces* for the purpose of stir-frying.Recommend? Yes & NoYes: if recipe requires ‘stir fry noodles’ or short stiff chewy noodlesNo: not for recipes that require full length noodles or regular rice noodlesside note: Stir-Fry noodle texture is ‘gritty & chewy’ it repels sauces to retain it’s stiff structure due to the heavy stirring it is used for vs Regular Vermicelli noodle texture which is smooth & uniformed it’s better at absorbing sauces as it’s meant for soups and sauces.Advice:Learning the hard way that this was Stir Fry Noodles meaning it would be stiff & chewy compared to ‘regular vermicelli’ which I needed for Vietnamese Noodle Salad. I was able to salvage this by boiling the noodles longer about 20-25 minutes so it would be less stiff & more tender while also gently stirring the noodles; side to side to prevent breakage and retain it’s length.

Great for Pancit
Every time I go to the grocery store, they either don't have this product or "just sold out" I looked for it here on amazon and here it is I was so excited. This is the only product I use when I make Pancit so now I will be stocking up. I do recommend this product.

These are OKAY...
I purchased these because another customer mentioned they used them instead of the normal Ramen noodle....while these rice sticks are fine. I dont think they work as a alternative to ramen noodles.they hold their shape a little too well. as the previous customer mentioned they do not become mushy even after over night....these have too much chew to be subbed in for ramen noodles. If you are looking for a pretty good rice stick for other dishes. these could work, just not ramen IMO.these sticks really dont break down. I soaked mine in hot water for about 10 mins and then another 3 in the pot with my soup, AND another few in the bowl in scalding hot liquid waiting for the temp that wouldnt burn my face off. at this point they are soft enough to eat but still have alot of "fight" if you will so ......its kind of the difference between instant oats and steel cut oats, youre gonna work at eating this...
