Fit Organic Produce Wash, 12 Oz Spray, Fruit and Vegetable Wash & Pesticide/Wax Remover (Pack of 6)

I purchased this nearly 5 years ago, but I felt like writing a review on it because we still use this brand today to wash our veggies and fruit. It helps gets all the extra junk off that simple rinsing won't get, but it uses gentle, nontoxic ingredients to do so.Rinsing with water often will not get nasty pesticides and other harmful bacteria/substances off your food when you are trying to prepare it. This is especially important when you are attempting to eat a lot of fresh, whole foods. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who eats and prepares a lot of produce for their meals in a healthy lifestytle.

I first bought this product looking for a friendly bug spray. I had waxy leaf hoppers, and was looking for something to break down their waxy coat which makes them invincible and not be afraid of eating whatever I had sprayed with it. It seems to work on them after a few days. I then tried it on some store bought blueberries and I was amazed how clean the blueberries were. They were really dark color with all the residue removed. I don't think I'll eat blueberries without it again.

This product is an essential part of everyday cooking.I first bought just one of this product and I loved it so, I bought a set of it again.I spray this organic detergent generously when I wash vegetables and fruits.It's about to run out too. I'm going to order more of the same product.

I have been using Fit for a few years and like it. It takes the waxy coating off produce well and I hope it's doing as good a job with any pesticide residue. I just feel like the produce is cleaner when I use it. My only complaint this time was with the shipping. Though the bottles were in bubble wrap, all but one had become opened just the slightest bit so the wrap and bottles were all somewhat wet, and of course the bottles were no longer completely full.

A grapefruit juice based vegetable cleaner that works perfectly for rinsing chemicals/pesticides off fruit/veggies. Typically, I use this first, then rinse it off with water afterwards.Our local grocery store discontinued this item, so we bought up as much as we had space for. Arrived promptly as described. $1.50 per bottle, you can’t go wrong. Fit is my favorite veggie wash. Not too powerful, not too weak, just right for gently cleaning your produce.

This is the absolute BEST produce wash. It cleans efficiently with organic natural ingredients and rinses completely. I am always amazed at just how dirty the water is after using this product for a soak for lettuce especially. I highly recommend Fit Organic Produce Wash!!!
