Exactly what I wanted
I am extremely pleased with this winch. It has far and above the necessary pulling power, 9500lbs, to recover my JK from anything I may get into AND the color blue is perfect for my color scheme. Very easy, straightforward instructions making installation a breeze. The price is very good for this class of winch.

Excellent Winch & Price is right
Installed on my 2021 Jeep Rubi JL with Oedro Bumpers. I replaced my X-Bull 10K Winch with the Reindeer New 12V Winch and the fit was exactly the same. No drilling! However, the Reindeer mounting bolts were smaller so that was a problem; the X-Bull bolts were larger, but won't work with the Reindeer mount. So, I have to sleeve my bumper mounting holes to accommodate the Reindeer bolts. Otherwise, it looks/works fine, the price is fair and I'm impressed Amazon.com shipped my order UPS.

Easy install.
Good looking winch. Was easy install. Some of the adhesive was found on the cables but was easy to clean. Tested it and it worked like a champ.

Have three Reindeer winches. All work as they should
I'm 99% all the Chinese winches sold on Amazon are the same. Just a different name and color. But I went with Reindeer for the first one I bought, and stuck with the name. First was the 3500lb m then I git a 13500lb winch I put on a cradle. This 9500lb winch went on a buddies jeep and it works loke it should well, it works, haven't put any load on it yet, but have no doubts. I also bought a Zesuper winch for my son. It's a 9500lb winch but the solenoid makes a clicking noise. I'm sure it will fail soon. But the Reindeer winches all seem fine. He'll, I'm gonna mount one on my F350 when I have enough spare change to buy the bumper I want. These seem like great winches for the money. Would I buy all Warn if I could, sure. But I have three trucks and 2 atvs and only make 210k/yr. Gotta buy what I can afford. Warn prices are now retardedly high. They priced themselves out of a loyal customer for the first 40 yrs of my life.IMHO if ubcan swing a Watn winch for all ur trucks, DO IT! If u need off named Chinese winches, Reindeer is a solid choice. Heck u can even get the aftermarket warranty for them thru Amazon

Customer support for Reindeer 9500lb winch
Love the winch look and color. Operation was good at first now it will winch out but not in and I'm looking for support. I'm unable to find a customer service number. Can anyone help?

RUSTING after only a few weeks after install, longevity concerns if further rusts outside and inside
Quite concerned I'm seeing rust already. Will this be rusted all thru in a month or two and unusable?? Looking like poor quality construction so far.
