Not long to put together but one screw just wouldn't go but it's stable enough

An excellent item but I made a mistake and ruined it…
Overall, I am happy with this but I made a stupid mistake assembling it and used the wrong screws for the top. By the time I realised what was happening, the screws had significantly damaged the top which saddened me. I wanted to say the instructions weren’t clear but they are; it’s my fault and I have a dodgy side table. Be very careful to read the instructions carefully. I thought I had (and I normally do). I spotted the different length screws but thought the package contained the wrong mixture of screws and decided it wouldn’t matter. Brainless! Recommended sturdy table which my husband has glued for me!
