Delicious, very good flavor, smells wonderful, like freshly gound beans. Doesn't upset my stomach, I drink about a pot a day.

After what I heard about coffee. I am doing some exploring organic. This one is very good.

We love the flavor and that it is organic grown.

I like it a lot but it also seems slightly stale? Somewhat distinct odor, not too acidic, but definitely dark roast. Nice full beans, whole. All dark. Great information on the bag and very relatable/homey/etc. Comforting. I just think sometimes Amazon can have products for such a while in their facilities that maybe they lose quality/flavor over time. Otherwise, I totally recommend. Gotta give small companies our money so give it a try. Jim's Coffee is good!

Jim’s is not a budget brand and my dad loves this coffee. I like it too.

I spent some time researching small businesses, producing single sourced, organic coffee and based on the reviews and the story behind the company I so wanted this to be my new favorite coffee but I was sorely disappointed. My go to is a dark roast and on opening the bag I was greeted with dark oily beans… but the smell was off. I checked the date and the best before date was 11 months away. There was also no roast date on the bag which was a little disappointing, but I figured based on the sell by they were recently roasted. Measured out my 16.5 g and busted out the hand grinder. Having just finished a bag of quality medium roast beans I was expecting my taste buds to be a little off but not this much. Figured I’d give them a few days to get used to the flavor. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Maybe I got a bad batch, which seems to be a possibility based on other reviews, but sorry Jim, your coffee just tastes burnt and bitter.
