CKP Dishes For Dummies.
This book is an absolute gem. The dishes are complex and a gourmand's delight but the Ms Chitnis has made it extremely easy to follow and make. Hats off to her for retaining the original flavor but simplifying the process for culinary dummies like me. A definite must have in my collection.
