I dislike the fact that it doesn't get hot as I expected it to. therefore, I haven't seen any results.Should have return it but I waited too late. So, I'm going to try another brand.

After trying this belt for 15 days or so it’s just ok. Doing fine research I found that this belt is a second generation wavelength and not the newest tech so it doesn’t deliver the weight loss benefits I want

Unit had a serious rubber chemical smell. Waited a week and it was still there. Submerged and washed belt after removing heat unit with dawn dish detergent. That helped a lot and we are now warm and happy. This has a wider array of LED than many others offer. Works with USB phone charger packs well.

Yes this belt helps with trimming the waistline and helps with promoting healing to muscle injuries. But I'm unhappy. For how much this cost, I would prefer that it's last longer than a year. I've had it a little over a year and some of the lights no longer come on. This is unacceptable to me.

This red light therapy belt works pretty well and is easy to use. It features both 635nm red LEDs and 850nm near-infrared LEDs which allow for deep penetration into tissues. It does a pretty decent job of relieving pain, promoting blood circulation and speeding my muscle recovery.The belt is pretty sturdy and well made. It is flexible and can be wrapped around the waist comfortably. I like that the LED light panel is long and provides a good coverage for the therapy. The red light is very bright and warms up the skin quickly. It comes with an AC adapter and an inline remote control on cable.Overall, this is a pretty decent red light therapy belt. It uses a dual wavelength light panel to get the job done. It does a decent job of what it is designed to do. It is comfortable to wear and easy to use. I use it mainly for muscle soreness and recovery. It gets the job done.
