I only needed 2 sets of monthly dividers but this package gave me more, met my immediate need, costing less than individual purchase. At the time of need & purchase prices were increasing for a multitude of reasons. Would have been time consuming and more costly to attempt to make 2 sets of monthly tabs. These have been durable.

These separators are great and work very well, I have ordered these several times, and use them each year to separate the work I completed on my volunteer job. Very Durable

Of the 3 sets in this package, only 1 is usable. 2 of the sets did not have a January tab, instead there was a second December tab in its place. The text direction of the tab is also off from all of the others. Now I know why this pack was so much cheaper than others.

Made it a lot more easy to organize dated things at work in binders. It's standard paper size and the flaps are durable and don't wrinkle easy.

These Oxford OneStep Binder Dividers are the perfect thing for me since I am working on my organizing household journal.I want to keep track of the items that need to be accomplished each month to maintain my home from the house to the cars, to me. I have a list by month that needs to be done so that I am ready for the seasons and don't end up waiting until the last minute to get things done or worse, wait until it is too late and am either out freezing or sweating trying to catch up.I also like to keep track of the birthdays by month on a master list so that I can get my cards made out and mailed in time--I am terrible at getting cards out late! Am I the only one????I was looking for just this sort of tab to keep everything tidy and organized.The first page is the only one with writing on it. It is like an index if you will for the main topic for each month. The actual dividers are plain but because they are cardstock, I can either write on the divider or tape a list to it.The $2.63 per set pricing at the time of this review is very good on these since there are 3 packs.I will be using another pack for my bill journal to keep those organized and then the 3rd hasn't been decided yet but I am sure I will find a use!There are also free templates online that I can use to print more index pages as well as a spine and cover for my binders.I really like the bright colors too.

These binder dividers allow you to organize by month. The holes and tabs are reinforced, making these dividers durable.

Seem like a very good value for the money, but check your local Staples or even WalMart to see if you can find something cheaper. These feel like they will hold up pretty well over time. pretty thick cardboard.
