Tiawudi 1 Piece Non-Stick Mini Loaf Pan, Carbon Steel Baking Bread Pan, 8-Cavity

I picked up the Tiawudi Non-Stick Mini Loaf Pan (8-cavity) on a whim, and it ended up being one of those baking tools I didn’t know I needed. The first thing I made with it was banana bread, and it turned out great. Having 8 mini loaves instead of one big one is actually really convenient—you get evenly baked portions, and they’re perfect for sharing (or freezing for later). The size is also nice because they bake faster than a standard loaf, so you’re not waiting forever. The non-stick coating works well overall. I still lightly greased the pan just in case, but the banana bread came out cleanly with no sticking or crumbling. The edges had a nice golden finish, and everything baked evenly across all cavities, which I was a little worried about at first. The carbon steel construction feels fairly sturdy for the price—not super heavy-duty, but not flimsy either. It holds its shape well in the oven and doesn’t warp. I also like that it’s not too bulky, so it’s easy to store compared to larger pans. Cleaning was pretty straightforward. A quick soak and gentle wash did the trick, though I’d recommend avoiding anything abrasive to keep the non-stick coating in good shape. If I had one complaint, it’s that the cavities are on the smaller side, so if you’re expecting more standard-sized mini loaves, these might feel a bit tiny. But for portion control or gifting, they’re actually ideal. Overall, I’m really happy with this pan. It’s a fun and practical addition if you like baking smaller batches or want to switch things up from the usual full-size loaf.

Nothing to dislike here. This pan bakes evenly and is a dream to clean. I love it because I can bake little individual cakes for friends and family. How cool is that?! It arrived on time and in good shape, so what more can you ask?
