Excellent chocolate out of hand or in baked goods.Arrived quickly.

Product was exactly as expected and arrived quickly. No chocolate was melted and it was all still in temper.

The chocolate came bloomed. I was looking to make bonbons with it and would not be able to use it for that since it would always look that way. No expiration date, if you search on Valhornas website they say that after chocolate expired you can still have it (they recommend within 2 months) but the flavor is not optimal, would like to know that best by date. Got a refund from Amazon since seller doesn’t allow for returns even when item received is damaged.

The chocolate arrived in the wintertime without any melting issues. I used the chocolate in the Jacque Torres chocolate chip recipe and it turned out great. The feves were easy to break apart by hand into smaller chunks too. I would purchase this again but not in the warmer months.

Excellent chocolate but expensive. If you buy it, you should spring for the expedited shipping. I did not as it's been cool in California, but unfortunately it bloomed, it must have gotten stuck in a hot warehouse or truck. It had cold packs around it but those won't last long enough without the faster shipping.
