Amazing bars, pricey on Amazon
I love these bars - they are delicious and I often have them with a fork after 10 sec microwave. The price on Amazon is quite high though. Though I'm in Canada, I've had success ordering through US companies for significantly cheaper.

The taste is pretty good and they keep you very full, but they do cause a lot of gas so just be aware before you eat them before going out..

Type 1 Diabetic, these don’t spike my sugar and taste pretty good. Also, it is hard to find a protein bar higher in fiber, low sugar with lower net carb. Dark chocolate outside, not super chewy like some others.
