Edit: increased my review ro 5 Stars for two reasons: I added additional fingerprint recognitions (for the same finger lol but its the process for adding like additional users). Now, it seems to recognize me on the first try each time. So thats my tip. Second, the seller reached out with a helpful message and I appreciate the proactive CS. **** This would be 5 stars except that even after successfully programming it, the fingerprint scanner only correctly detects my fingerprint and opens maybe one out of ten or 1 out of 20 times. So every time I try to open thing I have to touch it 10 to 20 times before it gets a good read and pops open. Otherwise, if it worked, I would love this thing. P.S. its pretty small and light and easy to cut with bolt cutters I think, so keep in mind this is not as heavy duty as a master lock. It's about half the size.

This lock is terrible.It takes about 10 tries to open.Try standing at your locker at the gym and it won’t open.I highly don’t recommend this lock I ended up sending it back and went with a digital lock.

The sensor can be picky; I had a hard time getting it to recognize my right thumb. However, I found a great workaround: I registered my left thumb and both pointer fingers as well. With those options, it pops open quickly every time. Definitely recommend registering 3 or 4 fingers to make sure you aren't stuck fiddling with it.

I bought two of these and one of them quit working after 5 months. I have to connect a power brick to open the lock. It appears to charge but will not hold a charge. I am reaching out to the vendor for support and I will let you know their response. *Update* 02JUN25 - after writing my initial review someone reached out to me about the failed lock. After exchanging messages through Amazon they shipped me a replacement lock. The new lock is installed and I will report back if there are any more issues.

It a great lock but the shaft is lite weight

Works perfectly for our daughter's school locker. She isn't able to use the combination locks and this smart lock is the perfect solution.
