How would this work for a massage table warmer? Is the pad bumpy?

I think it would work very well. There are small ridges throughout the mat that contain a crushed form of the amethyst. The mat is very soft and comfortable. The Jade/tourmaline mats are much bumpier than this one. You will like it! 👍🏽

Can it is used with 220v or does it only support max 110v?

I don’t know because it’s a Christmas gift for my husband. I did buy the Amethyst Matt a while back and I plug it in my regular outlet at home in America. I know all over the world we have different voltage requirements in our outlets. I don’t know because your in England. The company should know. I love the big amethyst heated matt I bought from them so much I bought this and another bigger matt for my daughter. It takes all my pain away from chemo and issues chemo gave me. I sleep with it every night. I wish I could buy everyone one of these. Thank God for this company:)

No, you cannot wash it however I wipe/ spot clean mine with a damp cloth.
