Manually that type of job is a bit too intensive for hand chisels. The best and easiest way is to rent a concrete saw from a local tool rental company. Mark a rectangle or square around heaved area of concrete to cut out with the saw. Once you have your square cut you cut it into smaller pieces or attempt to break by hand with sledge hammers or chisels. The larger the area the more power equipment youll need for certain.
