Has anyone had problems sleeping after taking this? The garcina camboga and green tea berry have me concerned.

garcinia is good for appetite supression. its not going to keep you awake. green tea contains a minimal amount of caffeine. i cant imaging this being whats keeping you awake.

Reading the ingredients, i assume this is gluten free. also, can you use non fat plain greek yogurt with this? thank you

Yes.. this product is Certified Gluten Free. I believe that all of the Designer Protein products are Certified Gluten Free and Kosher. You can mix this in Greek Yogurt or anything that you'd like to add more protein to. I prefer unsweetened/unflavored almond milk to keep the calories and sugars down.
