I recently purchased the Narwhal and Jelly Series 6 Books Collection Set by Ben Clanton for my 7 year old son and it has quickly become his favorite series. As a parent, I am always looking for ways to encourage my child to read and these books have done just that.The stories follow the adventures of Narwhal, a happy-go-lucky narwhal, and his best friend Jelly, a slightly more cautious jellyfish. Each book is filled with colorful illustrations and humorous dialogue that keeps my son engaged and wanting to read more.One of the things I love about these books is that they are not only entertaining, but also educational. My son has learned a lot about different sea creatures and their habitats while reading these stories. It's great to see him learning without even realizing it.But what really stands out to me about this series is the positive messages it conveys. Narwhal and Jelly's friendship is heartwarming and teaches children the value of true friendship. The characters also exemplify important qualities such as kindness, bravery, and creativity.My son often asks me to read these books with him and it's something we both enjoy.
