This review is in total truth. I received my order faster than anticipated, actually, the very next day. Now that's fast. I took 2 pills that very same day at 5:30pm. I had results by 8:45pm. It was a success. Absolutely, no cramping. I continued to take 2 pills a day on days 2 and 3. On the 4th day, again I took 2 pills. I did have mild cramping, but nothing that was serious. My stools were beginning to turn clear. So I told myself that if on the 5th day my stools were still clear, which they were, I would stop taking the treatment because in my opinion they had successfully done their job for that time. So I stopped taking the treatment after the 5th day. I'm not deterring anyone from doing all 15 days straight through. But these are a powerful, potent treatment, Nothing says you must take them for all 15 days straight. I couldn't handle being toilet bound for 15 consecutive days, because that's what would have been the result. If you go with this treatment, plan your days accordingly, you will have need of immediate commode access. Also, I modified the time I took the pills, not at night, but in the early morning upon first waking. If I'm going to be in for a surprise, I want it to be during my waking hours, not while I'm in deep REM sleep in the wee hours of the night. And I'm so glad I did. So there you have it. I felt totally cleansed within 5 days of treatment. The ingredients of the Cleanse are all natural, which is excellent. My stomach did go down. The treatment is a success and I have 10 days supply on hand to use again at my discretion, which I will do. I highly recommend this treatment. It is potent and successful. I do recommend that a person tap into their own wisdom when necessary and modify time taken and duration of treatment as necessary, as suits the individual needs and schedule. I plan to use this treatment again. Dr. Bo hasn't heard the last of me. Maybe even twice a year, but definitely at least once a year. At that price it's a win-win. So first off, yes it works. And it works very very well. I can NOT complete the 15 days because it's honestly painful and the constant bathroom breaks are unbelievable. It does get rid of bloating, and I feel like it helps with weight loss to kick start you. But it's annoying because you're literally a slave to the bathroom. I am a regular I don't really ever deal with constipation, my true motives are weight loss. And I feel like it really works to kick start your diet and help you remove all the unnecessary stuff so you can feel light and fresh. But the process is almost torture, at least for me it feels like torture. I hate this happening to me at work, several times an hour I had to run to the bathroom taking this at night like it says... I ended up counting down how many hours it took for me to become a slave to the toilet. For me it's 8hrs so I started counting down for the cramps to happen around the time I get home from work. But unfortunately it's never accurate to the countdown, and the constant bathroom breaks last for several hours I'll be up several hours at night. I always have to literally run to the bathroom. But the cramps are the worst! It's so paintful!!!! I started this 4x already and couldn't finish the 15 days but I have been taking notes to my experience. What I did notice is that if you eat healthy and drink a lot of water it's not as horrible. So it motivates me to eat clean and stay hydrated so I won't suffer. You guys may think I'm being dramatic but I swear this stuff is awful. I can't tell you how many times I almost cried, if it wasn't for my spouse in the other room saying "I told you so" to not take this because they make me go to the bathroom so often in a hurry, and Neenah i grunt in pain. My spouse wonders why I am torturing myself. I also wonder the same thing.. lol I know this is TMI, but it smells so bad too when I'm in the bathroom, that's another thing that sucks like at work I run to the other bathroom away from my office so I won't raise suspicion of leaving that awful smell behind lol! The reason I mention that is because it never smells that bad like me in general, and it makes me feel that all the "bad" stuff is getting flushed out, just like it advertises. So remember, don't trust your farts, maybe do yourself a favor and start it on a weekend when you don't work so you can test the waters and see if you can handle it, or if you're a big baby like me. When you wipe go easy on yourself lol cause friction you know. You'll be wiping so often you're going to given yourself a rash or make it feel like it's a rash! Buy some of the flushable wipes. And get ready for a 15 day trial of hell. I laughed when amazon asked me if I wanted to take a picture for my review, lol. Umm no thanks ill traumatized you guys with pictures.

This is one of the best colon cleanse and probiotic products I have tried so far. On the first night, it actually woke me up in the middle of the night because I was feeling a little crampy. At first, I had forgotten that I had taken it, but by the next morning I felt such a huge relief. It literally made me feel like I had lost 20 pounds! I felt much lighter, less bloated, and was able to move around more comfortably. Since I had been dealing with bloating, I even noticed a few pounds coming off as my system became more regular. I've continued taking it consistently—some days I take one capsule and other days I take two, depending on how I'm feeling. It definitely helps relieve constipation and supports regular bowel movements, and you can really feel the difference afterward. The only downside is that you may experience some cramping, but in my experience the cramping was simply a sign that it was time for the product to do its job. Other than that, I have been very pleased with the results. I will definitely be ordering this again! 😊

I did read the reviews before I purchased this item and as someone who has tried almost every cleansing product or product that's supposed to help you go #2 this one is on the very top of the list for the most brutal (yet affective) one I've ever tried. I usually take 2-3 magnesium (mag07) tablets a day to help me use the the restroom but I've become ommune to them so I needed to find something new and I was getting desperate so when I cam across this colon cleanser on Amazon I figured why not atheist it should help finally get some relief. I took 2 tablets around 7am by 1:00pm I started having the sounds and pain come from my belly that if you heard for yourself you'd KNOW something horrible was on its way. I tried to use the restroom and nothing....yet.. By 5:00 I started having some of the worst most powerful cramps of my life and the only thing I can even mentally compare them too would be labor contractions right before giving birth to a baby. Everytime the cramps would start I would also break out into full body SOAKED sweats! My hair and clothing were dripping wet by the time the 2-3 minute long violent cramping stopped. Around 5:45ish the sounds from my stomach were getting much louder and more aggressive and I knew I 100% needed to plant myself on a toilet NOW or there would be an unforgivable accident the next time the cramps hit. At 6pm the "cork" popped...that was truly truly only the beginning. The cramps and loud stomach noises hit a new level that I was sure I'd live through. It was pure torture. I was glued toilet and my #2's were more like #1s and the smell....the smell!!!! I will say this product DID in fact clean my colon but the extra affects that came along with it were NOT anything I EVER care to experience again. So yes it does work but it works fast and HARD. So plan to stay home a few days if you decide to try it.

If you're feeling bloated, full, belching (not a burp), and sluggish, these are all My signs (cause I'm not a Dr.) that it's time for a colon cleanse. Taking 2 capsules before bed, my cup of coffee in the morning, and the bathroom will be officially on lock down! Lol... Give that 15 mins to clear... Lol I've found if the cleanse is slow, another double dose the following night does the trick. I usually do no less than 2 and no more than 4 nights. Usually the follow-up nights are 1 capsule unless there wasn't much going on, then the 2nd night is 2 capsules, but 2 nights with 2 capsules are rare. Bottom line: Dr. Bo's work for me. I feel lighter, energetic and my bloat is gone so my clothes fit better. So the next time someone tells you you're full of... Ka-ka, take a couple of Dr. Bo's. You'll find they were absolutely right, lol.... Hope everything comes out great 😃.

Being on the GLP-1, this has truly helped me. I take 2-3 capsules and open them, put the powder in a small amount of water, drink it and in about 6 hours it literally cleansers me. It has been a huge change from severe constipation. 2nd bottle since I tried so many things and none worked to the point of even going to the ER. Highly recommend!

This pill will definitely clean you out. I gained almost 10 lbs here recently. I deal with chronic constipation. It’s gotten so bad before that I’ve had partial blockages. I was positive I had a blockage again due to a lack of bowel movement…and even a mirolax cleanse wasn’t moving anything major. So I took a long shot and got this. I am on day 5 and wow. Just. Wow. It’s been really helping. I had a movement on the first day just hours after taking it and I felt GREAT! That being said…the side effects on day 5 are no joke. I’ve been nauseous and dizzy sometimes. Especially after I finish in the bathroom. I’ve also got pretty severe stomach cramps right before I go. And that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. I made the mistake of taking it before going to work and I ended up calling out bc of how ill it made me today. I plan on continuing with the cleanse, but I will be taking it as soon as I get home as opposed to in the morning.

I just started using this today and it does what it says it will. I drink lots of water. I started taking one capsule this morning at ten, and it started working around four this afternoon, then it really kicked in around nine-thirty tonight. That's when I really saw the difference. Today was my fitness rest day and I drank lots of water. I ate small meals throughout the day. The digestive effects are excellent and I've already experienced a slight boost in energy. No cramps or pain from a dosage of one capsule. I'll start taking two capsules after day 3. I highly recommend this product. You should definitely take this after you exercise, run errands, et cetera. Especially if you start taking two capsules, or even one. If you take two for 15 days, be sure to have a good book to read close by or a fun game to play on your cell phone. LOL!!! I may try taking one at night before bed, but I'd much rather get a good night's sleep versus sitting on the pot throughout the night. Lol! Nevertheless, I've tried MANY other colon cleanse products, and this works the best by far.
