How thick is this insole? Some insoles are uncomfortable because they take up too much space in the shoe.

You can’t cut them down for comfort

Do these increase height?

The thickness of the insole itself has a certain increasing effect, but this is not a special increasing insole. If you want to increase a lot, I'm afraid it can't.

can these be put into washing machine

My advice is hand wash or soak these men or women insoles in a sink or bowl of warm water.

I have very wide feet , are these suitable for wide feet / trainers.

This is a sports insole, which is very suitable for sports. It's very elastic and the width is appropriate. I think you can try it on
