Very tasty - soothing tea

I’ve never even heard of st.johns wort herb or tea before making this purchase. I am starting to get into tea again. I have to say the taste of the tea it’s self is tasty and delicious I finished a whole cup and I had made two cups of this the same day I got this. I plan on to keep drinking st.johns wort tea I feel like it helps me with my anxiety, ocd and it makes me feel good. This does support a healthy mood. I love that this is organic the smell of the tea is good the expiration date on my product is out for 06/2027 great freshness I love the tin the tea is sealed or bagged inside of the tin for ultimate freshness. I would recommend this brand or the buddah tea brand if you are looking for organic tea. I will repurchase.

This is beautifully floral. This makes excellent teas, or additions to cooking and beverages. I can pick my own here, but I've been pretty busy this year.

It's healthy, but it doesn't taste that good. I have to add lots of lemon.

It takes a long time to steep (15-20 minutes), but the tea is absolutely delicious whether sweetened or straight out of the package. Highly recommend!

Got this tea because lower postmenopausal estrogen levels can supposedly lead to hip pain which I was having. Did some reading and used this plus red clover tea to drink every day and after a while my hip pain is gone. Love this.
