This has been so helpful for my supply! I have doubled my pumping supply in just a few days! I use the chocolate too which I drink with my morning coffee. This I have in the afternoon with water, it makes me feel like I am having a Starbucks refresher but without the caffeine.

They work which is great but I had to add it to about 16 or more oz of water because the taste was too strong with artificial strawberry flavor. I won't be buying it again as I'm having a hard time bringing myself to drink them.

This taste so good. I got the strawberry. I also purchased the UpSpring brand, which tastes chalky. This however is actually good. I just mixed it with water. I don’t noticed a difference in my milk tho, which is disappointing but maybe I’m not drinking jt enough. (Once a day)

Really boosts your supply. Just maintain your water intake after consuming and you’ll notice a huge difference quickly!

it good chilled. no after taste. not to sure if its helping me produce more havent noticed an increase.
