I’ve been wearing #23 On the Cove for years but I had to move and my new salon didn’t have it. I was so excited to find it on Amazon and it’s exactly what I ordered! I get many compliments on this color. I love sparkle but not glitter. This is more of a subtle shimmer. It’s very pretty!
