Sparkly but cheaply made

I really did fall for this piece, it is a very simple but still gorgeous. I've had this ring only for a week or so now, I am only worried that it won't hold it's shine. I wish I could get some tips on the best way to clean it from the distributor.

Ordered two of these and both ended up with stones missing.

I have had this ring for well over a year, now. And i have to say it has held up perfectly. I own several rings by double accent and each one is amazing. You can tell they take great pride in their jewelry. I was reading the recent reviews on this ring and one person made a comment on the care and cleaning of this ring.... I can tell you from personal experience the best way to clean all fine jewelry. Put a small amount of dawn dish liquid in a bowl of Luke warm water. Just a drop or two in a small bowl. Let your jewelry soak for a few seconds and then gently clean with a soft toothbrush. This is how I clean my natural diamonds, moissanite, all my jewelry. NEVER PUT YOUR JEWELRY IN THAT CLEANER YOU CAN GET AT THE DOLLAR STORE. I learned this from my personal jewelers. Those cleaners are very hard on metal. Whether it's solid gold, platinum, or Sterling Silver. Your jewelry will come out looking brand new by using dawn liquid. I just wanted to share that with those of you who are wondering how to clean silver, and all other precious metals. I clean this ring the same way and it still looks like it did the day I received it.
