I figured since I have purchased this twice, it was time to rave about it. We are Hollandaise lovers. Making it from scratch can be costly and iffy to make sure you get it right. Enter McCormicks package Hollandaise Sauce. Butter, cold water and a package make it quick and delicious. I like a little more lemon flavor, so I add some fresh lemon juice at the end. Stir it in well, and you are ready to serve. I let it sit for about 15 minutes to come together completely. Over asparagus or Eggs Benedict and you have the perfect pairing. Not bad on lamb chops either. While it may seem pricey to buy such a big box, it doesn’t go bad or to waste. At your finger tips when you need it.

Makes a very good Hollandaise
My local grocery store temporarily stopped carrying this product, and I use it a lot. I found it here, and I have ordered it twice. It's a quality sauce mix, making a creamy, smooth, and tasty Hollandaise sauce. The instructions are easy to follow, and I think it's a great product. If I have one complaint, it's the price. It's twice as much as they charge in the grocery store. Luckily my local store is carrying it again, and selling it for a much more reasonable price, but it was nice to be able to get it from another source, when it wasn't available locally.

Love this brand of sauce and I can't find it in stores anywhere near me so finding this was awesome. Now we are stocked for awhile. Taste is the only one I like.

This holiday sauce taste all right, but it's not as good as homemade. It's useful if you're in a hurry .
