There are some parts of the chair that are good and some that are flaws.Construction seems good and solid, the adjustment is decent.Assembly is a bit of a pain, the arms need to be fitted before the base but once the base is fitted you can't get the Alan key in to adjust the arms... And you can't sit on it to set the arms in the right place without the base fitted.The side supports either side of your thighs have in sufficient padding with just a thin piece of foam wrapped around the metal bar, and is hollow in the centre with only the fabric over a huge hole... Easy to pierce, tear or rip accidentally.The lumbar support is non existent and a lumbar cushion is supplied. This does the job fine, but every time you lean forward, it drops down.. meaning you constantly have to adjust... A major pain.The headrest is the opposite. Due to the shape of the back, it cannot be placed low enough to properly support your head and the strap whilst elastic, has zero adjustment in it. So trying to move lower, stretches the elastic too much causing the head support to slide upwards because of the curvature of the backrest.For the price I paid... I expected so much more in terms of construction quality and comfort.The fabric covering is nice, and it looks like it can be removed as it appears fitted in the same way car seat covers are... With a type of hook fastener instead of being stapled.I can't recommend it unless it was in the more budget ranges £200 seems a more appropriate price

So I don't normally post comments on products, because I find that if they meet my expectations and/or what is written about them, then there is nothing much to say - "as expected".HOWEVER, I am compelled to write this!! First of all, I did a lot of research, decided on this particular chair and placed an order (Ontario, Canada) on a Friday. I received it on the very next Monday. WOW - super fast!It comes in multiple pieces, but is VERY EASY to assemble. It is meticulously packed in the box, protected from shipping and any other issues. Well packed, yet easy to open and get to the parts.Putting it together was straight forward - and the accompanying user manual makes it super easy to do so. They send the tool to assemble it, and even the tool and bolts are TOP QUALITY. So easy and seamless to follow the instructions and assemble.Then you sit in it! OMG - it's big, comfortable and very user configurable. I'm a big guy, 6foot 250ish lbs. I feel like this chair is ready for me - not that I have to be very careful not to break it. It's totally adjustable for the Mose comfortable fit possible. If it didn't look so weird, I'd throw out my dining table chairs and replace them with this chair.Super comfortable, highly configurable, beautiful details and fabrics - This chair is a winner.With Covid, we have been home for a long time, and now, with this chair, I can be home, and have a WAY BETTER office environment with this chair. I guess it looks like a gaming chair - but I spend 10-18 hours a day in front of the computer - I love this chair!

Finally a fabric option! I purchased it specifically because it was not PU/PVC which tends to crack and flake off after a few years.It was packaged safely (lots of cardboard, plastic, foam, and bubble wrap so no damage) in a big box (~75 lbs) that was a bit cumbersome for a 5'7" woman to get up a flight of stairs.It was very easy to assemble with minimal help. All the parts fit together with ease and feel very sturdy. I was concerned it would be too big for me but I'm very pleased with it.I had been using a mesh chair from Costco for the past couple of years and started to get lower back pain which was instantly relieved when I set up and adjusted this new chair for me. It seemed to take a lot of pressure off my lower back.

I’m Canadian. $499 like with every purchase I make over two dollars I have to research it until I go bonkers. This chair seem to be the best value and the most comfortable with the highest back for the best price. Chairs range from $100-$800 it seems like. $500 seems like enough. I’m happy with what I purchased.This chair is very high-quality. It’s very heavy. Each piece seems to weigh a lot. I’m used to buying crappy put together furniture. This is an excellent piece. I am 6 feet tall 180 pounds. This chair is excellent for me. I’m sure it would be good for someone well over 6 feet. The workings of the chair have excellent feeling quality. Very smooth. Full recommend. I don’t game I purchased it for knitting in. It’s a comfortable chair for Hours of knitting or dozing off to sleep.

Super easy to assemble and it was quick to. I did switch out the casters only cause I’m using it on hardwood. Otherwise super comfy! Super sturdy! And the black is sleek with the velour pillows!!!
