Delicious
This tea is amazing! Smells great, tastes great. Very soothing and calming. I like to use 2 bags for one cup as I like mine strong.

Good to lower blood pressure
A bag almost every day lowered my blood pressure amazingly in about a month when nothing else did - not even meds. Check the valid studies published online, this is an amazing tea. Also helps regulate blood sugar level thus curbs your appetite, I’ve lost weight slowly but steadily although I can’t say it’s cause & effect there might be a correlation. My BP changed from on the threshold for hypertension even with meds down to about 125 over 70 or better consistently for over 8 months. After first trying with great results , i order the tea by subscription for 9 months now. The other vendor i also ordered from when i started no longer carries the same tea so this is the only place i can find it now. Notice 1 bag = 2 cups of tea so its actually double the quantity provided with other packaging making the unit price better.

Helps improve mental relaxation
I have been drinking this tea for about 2 weeks and I have noticed that I am more calm. The tea has caffeine which I am not allowed to drink but it is very minimal so I do not get the side effects caffeine usually gives me. I will buy this product again.

Not my favorite
Plastic tea bags are dangerous. The tea doesn't have much flavor unless you make it strong, then it's a strong burnt flavor, masking the Gaba flavor. I won't buy it again, but I'll drink it. I use two bags emptied into a small pot for about 6 minutes at 194 degrees.

Tastes just like the tea in a nice Chinese restaurant. It has a naturally sweet taste.
