It gets the job done but its fairly small. Covers about 4 inches at a time so every few minutes youll need to move it. But it does work well.

So this works, meaning it pushes out as much heat as a 12V heater can. If you had one vent at the lowest blower setting that’s what this is so don’t expect it to do an entire suv windshield with a thick layer of frost. I have a very small 2 seat car and it’s fine but it will blow fuses if you let it run too long. I’ve tried 20s and even 25s with the same results. Just fix your regular heater.

All the screws came lose while not in use, in vehicle. So couldn’t use the suction cup. Then the bracket to hold the heater broke. Never got chance to use the heater by that time. Not impressed.

This device has saved my life several times over. I drive a school van, picking up special needs kids. I can't reach the centre of the windscreen to scrape it. I have to go out early to warm things up, and this heater lets me get a head start on clearing the screen while waiting for the engine to warm up enough to take care of the rest. Makes my mornings a lot less stressful, and saves me from having to go out there even earlier on these frigid mornings!

Worked for 10 minutes. Then fan made screeching noise, now barely blows air.I'm returning, don't want it catching on fire.

Don’t expect much!

Ordered for son. So not sure how it works.

Unless your hand is directly in front of the device, there’s very little heat. It would take an hour to melt a spot on the windshield as shown in the ads. Save your money
