Works Well till It Doesent
Mine arrived with the battery terminals put together wrong. It had two negative connections. Couldn't get it to work till I used some aluminum foil to help the battery make a proper connection. Yea, hokey I know, but I did get it to work. I hate sending things back. Anyhow, it worked, very well, for a few months and then the display would be inconsistant to the point that I could not trust it. May have just gotten a bad one but that tells me, at least, the quality control is bad.

Use it everyday
I have been using this for two years now without problem. I carry it in my travel bag, in my pocket, etc, and it just doesn't break. I have calibrated it against other more pricey units at work, and it is always accurate. Highly recommend this for the healthcare worker on the go.

Junk!!!
I wish I could give it no stars but that's not am option. I'm a Respiratory Therapist and i bought this to use at work. Working with long term ventilated and trach patients you tend to find a trend in their saturations and heart rate. When i used this pulse ox it was telling me I had perfectly fine patients sating in the mid 80's. I have to chart these numbers and after realizing it was a oiee if crap, I ended up having to leave work in the middle of rounds to go buy a new one. It ended up being 2%-15% off depending on my patient ... Absolutely terrible and a wasyenof $30.

Save your time and money!!!
You get what you pay for. It will do the just if your in a hurry you won't get your stats quickly. Best if you place on a finger and have hand on flare surface or in patients lap to get best reading. Come apart easily so don't drop it, you will be able to buy it back together and it will still work. Next time I will spend the extra money and just buy one out of the local uniform store.

Just what the doctor ordered
My Dr.told me get a pulse ox after suffering a stroke because my saturations were low. This Octivetehc is great. Very fast and easy to use, plus I got the sage and it is a great color. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a o2 reader. Another feature is the lanyardto wear round your neck if you to have it easliy availbable for use.

Not worth anything as it is totally inaccurate .
This is a piece of junk. It is not accurate at all . I used another one (better) that gave accurate readings and tried this one and oxygen levels continually registered at least a 10 lower.
