Are the chocolate chips in it not vegan? It says they may contain milk?? Then it’s not vegan!! How is it labeled vegan?!

The chocolate chips are not vegan. As the description says, "Larabar makes simple snacks you can feel good about eating with many gluten free, dairy free and vegan options to choose from." Larabar does have vegan bar options, this just isn't one of them. I would go to the Larabar official website to look over the different kinds available before ordering if you want to ensure you get a vegan bar. Their site is very clear on what ingredients are included.

How much caffeine in the chocolate for the cookie dough flavor?

It doesn't say. I would assume it would be whatever the standard amount is for a small handful of chocolate chips.
