Viviscal Man Full Force Fortifying Shampoo, 8.45 Ounce

Finally a shampoo I wont end up using as a body wash. I'm skeptical of any "thickening" shampoo as they are usually too heavy etc. This one is different. Its a mild fragrance, hair looks fuller and is manageable. Nicely rinses clean and leaves hair feeling great. Its also concentrated and I only need a small amount. At this point cant comment on claims to extend hair growth phase etc, but imo it's lived up to all other expectations. For me its well worth the price and more. Will continue to purchase this one! :)

I have been using this product for several years and for some reason, it’s been harder and harder to locate it. I was so glad when I searched for it on Amazon and THERE IT WAS! I have used so many topical products for thinning hair, and I rarely see results. The vitamin supplements have been more helpful for me personally. However, I definitely see a difference with this product after using it consistently for months - my hair feels fuller and it’s easier to style with product. It also doesn’t dry my hair out like so many other products like this. It’s certainly not a miracle cure, but it was helpful for me, so I hope it’s helpful for you too.

Just bought one and will use this regularly everyday. Only thing I can say for now is that it smells good and didn't cost too much to actually give it a try. We'll see if it actually makes a difference in 6 months.EDIT: After 6 months of using it daily, it didn't really help thicken/increase the density of my hair. Partly because I believe I have naturally thin hair. It did however last 3 months for one of these, so that's a plus.

This is a 5 star product. In order for the hair regrowth to work, you do need to combine it with the vitamins. This shampoo leaves the hair smelling nice, great texture, and feeling clean. It doesn't weigh it down. Less hair falls out. I was informed about it from my dermatologist and she was right. It is an excellent product.

This product was recommended to me for thickening thinning hair. It worked OK. Didn't seem to make things worse. Except I came from American Crew and this product isn't as good. My hair would become oily looking far sooner, and the oily effect caused the hair to once again look thinner. I got a bit of hair falling out still, butnnot much.The price was rather good, and I appreciate that, so my review is positive for that aspect. I paid $10 here on Amazon. I see it now going for sub-$4 which gives me a new appreciation for it. However in the relative same category, I think I prefer Old Spice Thickening instead, when looking around $10. Old Spice was closer to a premium product effect than Viviscal Full Force at the price I paid. If it's normally a $4 product and I got hosed, well, consider my score based on that experience I guess!

Great product that has revived the look of my hair. I still rotate in an anti dandruff shampoo once in a while to mix things up a bit.

I have used this shampoo for almost a month and am very pleased with how it cleans my hair. I have used Redken All Soft for several years, and this shampoo is almost as good, and costs a little less.

My boyfriend had a very prominent bald spot and started using this about two months ago. He noticed immediately a change in the feel of his hair. Current update: you can still see some of the baldness, but it is certainly less noticeable and appears to be getting better. Not a quick fix, but he likes it.

I was a bit sceptical about ordering and it is a bit pricey but I definitely noticed a difference so did other people my daughter is a hairdresser and she asked what I was using 👍

Gladly I've moved onto something else that has reduced hair loss immensely. I used Viviscal for over 14 months and found it 100% useless. I always give products a fair go and do my own tests by looking at the pillow each morning to see how many strands are on it (yes i actually use my phone torch and count each individual hair)...also the hair that falls during the day onto my shirt just below the neck on my back. During the entire time using Viviscal it didn't reduce the hair loss each night. I was counting on average 30 strands each 8 to 9 hours sleep. Thankfully I've found a new product that does work (Fortero) and I'm down to only 10 strands of hair on average per night.
