Good company to work with the 1st one the bulbs were blown so they sent me another it worked good..I would but another when I need it for the other cage

I bought this REPTI ZOO T5 HO UVB lighting kit for my bearded dragon, and it has made a noticeable difference in his activity level and overall health. I just recently bought this high-end terrarium light because it was said to last a year without stopping working. I spent a lot of money on this because I wanted to make sure my pet bearded dragon was healthy and happy. The product didn't live up to these claims, though, and stopped working after only a month of use. Performance and Experience with the Product: At first, the light seemed to be exactly what was said it would be. It looked like it gave off the full range of light, including UVB, which is important for my reptile's health. It fit exactly in my aquarium. But after a month, the light started to behave badly and turn off without warning. No matter how hard we tried to fix the problem, the light finally stopped working for good, much sooner than expected. What This Means for Lizard Health: This light's failure isn't just a matter of unhappy customers; it means bad things for lizard health. For many types of reptiles, UVB lighting is not a nice-to-have; it's a must. It is very important for making vitamin D, which is needed for breaking down calcium. Reptiles can get metabolic bone disease if they don't get enough UVB light. This is a very bad disease that can weaken bones, cause defects, or even kill them. The fact that this terrarium light doesn't always work right puts pets that depend on UVB exposure at great risk for health problems. For people who want to give their lizard pets the best care, a product failing in such an important way is not only upsetting, but also dangerous. Conclusion: This terrarium light's failure is unacceptable because it costs a lot and does a very important job. When someone buys something like this, they lose money and put their pet's health at great risk because snakes need UVB lights all the time. I can't suggest this product to other reptile lovers, and I tell people who are thinking about buying it to look at other, more reliable options to protect their pets' health and safety.

It is a little glitchy. I noticed if the bulb is not exactly turned all the way, it will not work. It will flicker. That’s the only thing I noticed about it. It covers exactly what I need for my beardie at this stage of his life

This was easy to set up. Nice to look at too. Clean and not bulky. It was easy to mount inside my tank, but I ended up setting it on top because of the distance. I didn’t use the 5.0 bulb it came with. I instead used a Reptisun t5 10.0. So far it’s working well with the fixture. Great price and great product.

Output is amazing!

The product specifications part of the page for this product mentions that this fixture works with 110 to 220V, based on which i ordered it. However the actual product lists the input voltage as 100 to 120Volts only, thus I can't use it without buying a step down transformer, which I had absolutely no plan on buying. This should have been clearly mentioned, I would not have bought this product had I known, and I made the mistake of not opening this product as soon as I received to be able to return it. Basically just wasted money on something I won't be able to use.

Works great but online measurements were off for sure on how close it has to be.

I am disappointed with this product. This is my second bulb for this unit, and it has only been 3 months in total. The lighting provided is inadequate, and I would not recommend this product. Additionally, the return window is only 2 months, which is inconvenient. The bulb cost me $118, and I will be discarding it. There is no extra customer support for this as I called and inquired a refund they said there is nothing there able to do. Buyer be aware!

Just used the fixture for a Arcadia 22” inch bulb worked perfect for it
