Can i use a different nipple? for example the bottle nipples from my dr. brown kit?

Yes, that's what I did since the ones they came with turned yellow. I use the regular dr brown ones.

Can the nipple be separated from the cup?

Yes it can be separated into three parts...the cup, the nipple & the ring part.

What is the difference between bundles, 3 pack and a single pack?

The difference is with bundles you receive more than one of the items and they are usually different colors. Single is just one. There is no difference in the item itself. I love using this item. It makes it easy to give my baby his meds.
