Excellent book!! Very informative. A must for new or considering Viszla owners!!

This is a very BASIC information on this breed. You will probably find same information through your online research as well.The information on this breed is still limited in my opinion. I searched all over the net; any site containing Vizsla in it; from individual site, blog, chat rooms to some official site from various countries. This book would have saved some of my time clicking through those pages all night long.......My two cents to anybody considering this breed: "Be Open and Patient."~Start with the list of breeders available at your local (official) Vizsla club [here, you may also find the list of recommended books/ publications].~Find a breeder who will work with you, and who has a clear vision/ purpose on their breeding practice (Patience, patience, patience! this process could take long.)~Ask all and any questions openly and honestly as they come to your mind [Embrace the process: here, you will realize (be honest to yourself too) if you and/or the breeder can work together].Good Luck!

Testo completo e molto dettagliato. In alcuni passaggi anche troppo ricco di informazioni ma per una utenza UK o USA. Interessante la sezione sull'educazione che è applicabile a qualunque razza.

Great book, very insightful to Vizsla behaviours and needs.I bought another book on Vizslas but this book is more detailed and expresses the nature and temperament of this bred in greater detail.Training tips are really useful. My two Vizsla girls are already beginning to learn commands.I would recommend this book to anyone that has Vizslas or are intending to get a Vizsla.

I got this book to learn specifically about the Vizsla but found it to be fairly general on most dogs. So having had dogs all my life I didn't really learn much new from it. If you have never had a dog before though, it does have lots of useful information.
