Where is this product produced? i grew up a couple miles away from an italian restaurant named "carbone's" in pa

Our Sauce recipes are created from the Chefs at Carbone NYC. I do not believe we have any connection to a restaurant in PA. Thank You for your inquiry.

How does this sauce compare to Raos? In price, calories, flavor, organic sourcing, etc?

It’s better, imo.More balanced, less acidic, well-seasoned. I literally do nothing to their sauces unless I’m going for a specific flavor where I need to alter the flavor of the sauce i have The Carbone is more expensive that Rao’s in my area, but I always buy it when it’s on sale - even if I don’t need it, just to make sure it’s always on hand.

Is there a flavor that doesn't contain onions?

Hi! I only have one jar. Roasted Garlic contains no onions. I hope u enjoy what u r making with this wonderful sauce!

The ingrediants aren not organic?

There is no mention of organic on the jar or ingredients list. I would think that it would be pretty difficult for a sauce with multiple ingredients--spices, herbs, tomatoes, garlic, etc.--to be organic. The product is very good quality and taste. The Arrabbiata is VERY spicy! The product is pricier than some on the market, but worth the difference in price, I think.
