Warranty Coverage All Dogtra products must be registered and a proof of purchase is required to initiate repair work under warranty. Registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase. If you do not have access to a computer, you can call our toll free number at (888) 811-9111 and one of our customer service representatives will register the product for you. If you were unable to register your product within 30 days of purchase, we will accept all products for repair with a proof of purchase. If your product is not registered and a proof of purchase is not available, Dogtra will estimate the age of the unit by the serial number. Serial number estimates can differ from the actual purchase date.

Does this come with the slim reciever? The images look the same.

Yes. The ARC HANDSFREE PLUS features an ultra-slim, low profile receiver that is ergonomically shaped to your dog’s neck for seamless appearance and improved comfort for dogs 15 pounds and up. For more information, please contact Dogtra’s customer service team.

Does the collar have Geo-Fencing to keep the dog in one spot?

No. However, Dogtra offers the new PATHFINDER2 that features a Geo-Fencing option. For more information, please contact Dogtra’s customer service team.

Can squares be programmed to specific power levels? I would like to have one low powered and another at a boosted level.

No. The HANDSFREE SQUARES can be paired to specific training functions. There are new Boost & Lock versions of the HANDSFREE PLUS models where you can issue a boosted correction using the HANDSFREE SQUARE. For more information, please contact Dogtra’s customer service team.
