It takes almost overnight to thicken
Its very good. Just takes time to thicken. I used in liquid soap making and added too much as it didn't seem to thicken. Overnight it became thick. Also the quantity required is a bit more than mentioned usually. Maybe a 3/4 spoonful instead of a quarter spoon.

Good for thickening and emulsifying
Works as advertised, xanthum gum. Good to thicken and emulsify products, still working on getting the perfect ratio though :)
