I am very happy with this product. I had to look hard to find this one since most of the diffusers out there are also humidifiers. You add drops of oil to a water well... This one delivers pure, potent aromatherapy.The mist comes out very very fine and disperses into the air.The noise does not bother me. It's bit loud, I just think of it as white noise. Really no issue there - I sleep great.The new design concept for the glass vial was weird to me at first, but comes with advantages. The brown bottles are are secure, not prone to breakage, cheap and easy to replace and less likely to leak into the motor mechanism which will break your machine.Ideally I preferred a machine that could stay on continuously at the lowest setting. This one is on a timer but I have the setting to shut off only briefly and then resume again.What I find odd is that the lowest volume setting is so low that it doesn't seem to do much. So I run it at a nearly 50%. I keep it on all night, every night. I add a few drops of jasmine which is supposed to be good for restful sleep.I get my essential oil in bulk, 16 oz bottles from bulk apothecary and this size is very convenient. Though they have a great selection, high quality and value and a variety of different sizes. I mention this because it is obviously impractical to have a machine like this and to have to keep buying smaller bottles of EO.I only hope that it will not break. My last pure oil nebulizing diffuser from Organic Aromas broke quickly after several months and I had to invoke the warranty. I see now that product is no longer warrantied and I don't see any that are.If it doesn't break then I consider it a good value for the price. I find aromatherapy so relaxing and therapeutic and best of all - all natural...Please be careful if you have pets, many EO's are not safe for our furry friends.

This is my second diffuser of this type and I really enjoy using this one. It’s pretty easy to use and my only gripe is that there’s no way to set a specific timer for it to turn on and off at various times. There are dials where you can select the increment of minutes (up to a certain maximum), that you want it to run for & how long, but you would have to get up in the middle of the night and turn it off if you wanted it to stop. I just wish there was a way to set it so it could maybe run for a few hours and then stop. Also the silencer that comes with this does not seem to make much of a difference. If you turn it on high, it will be louder. But we don’t usually have it on very high. I mainly bought it because it has a five year warranty and that spoke volumes to me. I like a company that stands behind their products and I’m all about longevity and keeping things out of landfills.

I purchased this because I wanted something that was quality. What I got is total garbage. This unit quite working after a handful of uses. I followed the care instructions to a T. After shipping it back to be "repaired", it was returned only to stop working on the third use. Same problem as before. I never tipped the unit as instructed. I simply used it as instructed, with my pure essential oils, where it never moved on my table top. I was told without a warranty there is nothing that can be done and that I should purchase another unit. Unbelievable. If you like products with 16 points of troubleshooting only to discover they still do not work, then this is the unit for you.

I love this diffuser. It is a little noisy but the sound reducer definitely works. While it’s working you can clearly smell the scent all over the room. It’s quite easy to use as well.

After much research I decided this would be the best method for diffusing. Yes, it costs more, yes, you use more essential oil. BUT! This is the only way in which you will get the most therapeutic benefit for aroma therapy. I do think that I will purchase another muffler as they attach to the actual oil bottle. Changing out different oils and blends will be faster. I highly recommend this, its adjustable on and pause timers are a must for my practice and adjustable scent level is perfect.

I give only 3 stars, because this diffuser is far from what I thought it would be.Starting with what I dislike about this: I thought I can just plug it in with a bottle of oil there. In fact, I can do that. It will run until the bottle is empty! Amazing! BUT!! The bottle is empty in just a few days!!! Now if you use cheap oils who cares, right? But I use super high quality and high end pricing oils.. Even if this diffuser runs with the lowest option, the bottle empties very fast. Also, the oil spreads on the surface around the diffuser if the diffusing option is high. Sometimes oils even come out the top. I thought this diffuser would be clean and the oils would last longer.Now what I LOVE about this: It is just so convenient to not have to refill the diffuser more than once every few days and it’s just there and works by it self!! I also like how it looks like something really weird you kind of feel forced to investigate it at least a bit when you don’t know what it is. I like having this kind of stuff in the house and let visitors enjoy them. And with the right oils, this just makes the surrounding smell great!! So to wrap up.. expensive, possibly messy, but still super cool!

I really like this diffuser. It is my first nubilizing diffuser and it works very well so far. Only had it for 2 days now. Really love how easy it is to use and that it comes with a 5 year warranty if you mail in the card before 30 day mark. Was sceptical about buying it because of reviews saying it was loud. This is not loud to me. Nothing that would wake me up and im a very light sleeper. The smell from the oils really come out and fill the room which is so different from the water diffusers. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because all of the knobs look like they have running cracks in them in different spots. Will update in a few months. Definately the best kind of diffuser if you want to retain all the healing properties of your esstential oils and don't want added humidity in your home. Would recommend
