I've been taking these for nearly a month, and they seem to have solved my sleeping problem. I take 1 NAC capsule and 1magnesium capsule about an hour before I sleep. I'm now getting a good, deep sleep and not constant waking because my airway seemed tight/blocked. It could just be a fluke, of course, but I do feel better and more balanced. As others have said, they do smell terrible, but once you consume them, there's no problem.

Helpful for obsessive thoughts also helps me with sleep and reducing agitation. Take them with breaks in-between otherwise I can't feel the effects. Just 1 a day, when I do take them. They do smell like old dirty socks which is distinctive smell of NAC, reassures me they're the real thing I guess
