I have this air purifier in my bedroom. There are various colored lights that can be bright during sleeping hours. My solution has been to point the purifier in the other direction. Distraction eliminated. I would buy this product again.

Works amazing ! Love this here’s a picture of before and after . Low settings it’s quiet high it’s loud . It is great for a noise maker too for condo or apartment living . We are clean people and look how much dust in before and after yuck ! Change filter ( 2 filters one annual other every 3 months ) hope this review is helpful with photos

The first filtration system we received makes weird noise. We requested exchange. The second one works better but the efficiency has been disappointed. When we ordered air filter replacement directly from Winix and Costco announced its promotion one day after, we called Winix to cancel the order but got rejected. Customer services just care about company policies and don't want to take care of customers. I regret to purchase Winix systems. Very disappointed.

My husband bought me this last year during the off season - the off season for allergies that is. It’s now six months later and I can truly say this has made a huge difference for me. My allergy symptoms were way less severe, not one asthma attack. It has made a measurable difference in my quality of life.

The fan motor gets very noisy after a few years. Winix refuses to warranty it.Gave me some bogus response about how they never sold that model on Amazon and I need to talk to the reseller about warranty issues instead of the manufacturer.Company does not stand behind their product. Consider another manufacturer.

just let you know. i got this air cleaner but big problem. i cant get replace filter on amazon last 2 years .always Currently unavailable. oh just sale on winix wep site you know what $99 ...haham/c is $234 almost half price. just get c535 much better. don't buy c555. winix see my review just sale on your filter amazon.!!plz

We took apart the air purifier every layer to try to find something stuck inside it was like a piece of plastic hitting the fan… We could not find one thing. When we put it back together and turned it on it's still continued and now reading these reviews I would say don't buy it!! So glad someone else had this issue ?!
