I wanted to wait to write a review, so here it goes. I already have a very noticable jaw line, and this just enhances it. I use it 4 days out of a week and the first day I already noticed results. I bought the 50 pound resistance, it resonated with me to purchase that. All in all, it's about technique. I see people complain about their teeth hurting but to me and my opinion, you are likely angling it wrong. I would work in front of a mirror and see where the muscles are staining, to understand how to better bite the thing. Other complaints I saw were that the mouth piece adapters, and how people needed a new one after a few weeks. I boil it with the device and the pieces go back to new. Overall, great product. I feel my jaw getting swole, women have noticed and like to trace my jawline. This product is genius.

Very overpriced! They come in a nice box but probably not worth the overall money in the grand scheme of things!!! They are exactly as they say they are in the product description!

IMPORTANT! Before the first use, you'll have to boil it and bite into the transparent part that will be the mould for your teeth to compress the jawtoner. It is essential to bite in the middle, otherwise you won't be able to perform the exercises without pain and needless to say, your jaw will be deformed. Unfortunately, I learnt this after doing the wrong thing as no information was provided.
