Red Apple Smoked Cheese Smoked Gruyere, 8 oz

Our grocery store quit stocking this so I looked for it on here. I use it in several recipes and I hate paying twice the price for cheese that isn't any better. Nice smokey flavor without over-powering. Arrived in really nice packaging and was very cold.

I'm not crazy about the taste of the cheese. But delivery was efficient

This cheese was super delicious! It's quite expensive for a small amount of cheese but it's great!

I was disappointed. It didn't taste like gruyere cheese at all.

I love Gruyere so I decided to try the smoked version and it was fantastic. Like with most smoked cheeses it dulled the high notes that I love with Gruyere. It will be a great addition to your meat and cheese plates.
