Sadly no. You can only get optimas can form in fall of cyberteon. If you played the first game war for cyberteon then get the fall of cyberteon it’s a rollercoaster ride and and amazing story

Can u roam freely if you want to and do whatever

My son plays the game. If your asking if you can transform freely between vehichle and character then the answer is yes. Their are missions to complete but you can choose to roam around and do whatever as well.
