We took these on a trip where food and water is not what we are used to and were with a group of others. We were the only ones not to get sick. We took one of these before every meal religiously and had no problems in a 2 week period. Everyone was asking how we were not getting sick. Even an E.R. DR. was amazed at how we didn’t get any of the bugs everyone else was getting. Easy to take. Will be using on any future out of country travel.

This stuff is legit. I took it with every meal while in India for 2 weeks. I ate everything that was given to me. I ate street food also. I didn't drink tap water but. Even with eating streetfood and many home cooked meals, I had 0 illness. It works period. I took it every single meal and it worked flawlessly.

This worked really well for me during a 7 day trip to Belize. I felt great, did all the adventures, and was able to eat with minimal worry about losing a day in the bathroom. However, when I got home - I realized they had not completely protected me and still ended up with some mild diarrhea. Definitely helpful, but not full proof. Will still buy for my next trip!

Took these at every meal in Bali and didn’t get sick. Not sure that’s the sole reason why, but would buy again.

Very effective, very happy with purchase, will buy again. No taste at all, easy to swallow, a little pricy, but works well. I had no pain, so- can't comment on it.
