This is my second purchase and I’m really happy with the results. It’s made a big difference with bloating and supports my gut health overall. I feel lighter and more comfortable after meals. Really good and effective

This is my second pack, and I think they're pretty good. I was previously taking a different, plant-based digestive enzyme but I've noticed a definite improvement with this one. Just taking one a day and the decent price makes them very affordable.

Have been taking these for about a week. 3 times a day is per pack instructions and I have already noticed a difference in my digestion. Less bloating after eating and more regular movements. Don't know if it'll work as fast or effectively for everyone, but I'm happy with the result so far.

Really help my digestion as I had gall bladder removed so these are great to help break down fats carbs etc.

I’m sure these are ok for most people but they upset my stomach so I stopped taking them after 2 days. Hence only 3 stars.
