Can't Use Right Out of the Package
There is something structurally wrong with these masks. They don't fit right around the jaw and when the strap is used, as sewn, the velcro isn't lined up on the correct side to connect. Finally, I've all put taken the thing apart - I have re-aligned the strap so that it's oriented correctly for securing the velcro and positioned both sides so that they fall right and secure better. The strings come apart if the velcro ever snags on them (and it does) - for this, I got a lighter out and sealed each end by slightly melting them closed. A whole bunch of work to get these masks to fit right. For the seller and manufacturer, I think a real horse should be used to properly construct these before selling them.
