Ordered as a gift for Christmas and it was perfect, smells amazing and there is an added face cloth as well which felt soft. Perfect for a relaxing bath. Great value for money especially with everything it comes with, would recommend especially as a gift

Loved the smell, could easily smell it as I opened the external packaging as the radox gift box itself was damaged and bath salts had leaked out. When I picked dup the radox box a lot more of the salts poured out.It was annoying as this was meant to be a stocking filler. I'd bought 2 and although the second radox box was also open the inside items were undamaged in that one so I was able to just tape that up.

Good value for money. Saw several of the reviews commented upon poor packaging. Ours arrived just fine, but that may have been by more luck than anything as the Radox box was rattling around inside the brown delivery box when it arrived. There was some brown paper inside the delivery box to try and stop it moving about but not enough, and the Radox box itself is fairly fragile being supposedly a gift box. So I can't fault this delivery really as it was fine but think they should consider a bit more padding/packing.

Radox is one of the best relaxing bath products you can get smells fantastic works for your tired muscles.Great gift set arrived in perfect condition.Would definitely be buying again.

2/3 items became damaged on arrival. 3 of the packages were squeezed into a tiny box these are supposed to be Christmas gifts and now I have to replace both of them. I get we’re trying to use less paper etc but I think coming up to Christmas packers need to be more vigilant if it all doesn’t fit in one box use a bigger box or use 2 boxes!

This is a great gift and excellent value for money however I was let down with the delivery as the bath salts in the gift had come open and all the bath salts are inside the delivery box this was a shame as I’ve had to purchase another gift to replace it

Exactly as described, perfect gift set as a tiny present.Many here in the reviews complaining about the damage while in transit (while being delivered or as they received it), this was not the case thankfully for me. Exactly as new with no rips or tears. Maybe I just got lucky!
