Broken
First of all it didn’t come with an air filter but whatever we just bought a different one and cut it to size but it doesn’t cool properly when it’s too hot outside it just cools for maybe 1-2 minutes before just spitting out warm air I tried to contact customer support but they don’t even have a reachable number so as far as I’m concerned this unit is a piece of trash and I would avoid at all costs!

Leaks & does not auto shut off!
Don't leave this on for more then a few hours. It does not auto shut off when it needs to be drained, it leaks from both outputs for holes, into bottom of unit, and even sweats at 75 degrees outside. It ruined my floors! Even if you have continually drain or pump, & never opened top drain hole it still leaks. And water goes into bottom of the unit. Threw away, had to replace flooring!

Too noisy. Ended up returning it.
We bought this portable A/C for our home office. It was so loud we couldn't stand it. We returned this.

Gets cool
Bought this because my AC went out and I was waiting on a replacement part that took a few weeks. This AC kept my room cool and comfortable.

It stopped cooling
Worked for a while now it doesnt work at all. Blows warm air, worthless. Now that I need it at 98 degrees.
