Great product
Ashwagandha is known for its various benefits. I used to take ashwagandha powder but it used to give me itching feeling in throat. These capsules are easy to take.

Not noticed any difference
I have been taking this a couple of weeks, but I don't notice any difference at all. So I am not impressed. I probably won't buy this brand again.

Helps in reducing stress
Personally, I prefer to take Ashwagandha in the form of powder. I'm thankful to Saptamveda for providing it in the form of capsules.Ashwagandha helps to reduce stress. I've found myself more clarity in thoughts and been able to properly rest.I am quite happy with the product.
