I love this honey
On my 7th jar. The best honey such a beautiful taste! I hqve it on toast or grerk yoghurt, Im sure this helped heal my cough also i had a spoonful before bed. Best honey!

Medicine on a spoon
A must for sore throats. I find if I have a sore throat or a cough, this manuka honey is the real deal for making me feel better. I don't like taking antibiotics as they ruin your immune system so much prefer a teaspoon on this honey morning and night when needed. Throroughly recommend.
