Review after 2 weeks:- The cycle came almost 80% assembled and I could not wait for the installation scheduled in next 2 days so I assembled it myself and took it for a ride then itself. The ride quality is good with gears having smooth shift except while shifting to 7th Gear the chain often drops and I have to get down to put over the chain on the rear freewheel. This is very annoying, I guess this is a manufacturing defect. Also, I found that while shifting gears not every shift click leads to a gear change rather I found on shifting 2 gears then the gear changes suddenly by 2 steps which is not acceptable. Rest everything is good about the bycycle. Built is strong, posture is good, seat is average in terms of comfort, I recommend to use a Gel seat cover for enhanced comfort. Disk brakes are very efficient and smooth. Tyres are good nylon tire with nice grip and imported from Sri Lanka. Overall the cycle has a pretty impressive look and looks stylish and good for long distance. I'm clocking 12kms daily on an average in 30-35 mins for cardio and it's a pleasure biking. Dietician Arpita Ghosh called me in approx a week's time and adviced me with a diet plan after knowing my health condition in details. She was very patient and listened to me very carefully and worked out the diet plan. Also, she is following up with me on how I am abiding by the diet plan. This is impressive. However, after completing of 3 months (free diet consultant) I will share another detailed feedback about my Dietician. Overall, I would like to strongly recommend you guys to go for Urban Terrain bikes. They are providing best quality at this price with Cult Sport Dietician complimentary for 3 months. Go for it!!!

First of all cycle is good with respect to the price paid. In shops when I enquired, above 15k has to be paid for a gear cycle with similar features. So it is undoubtedly worth the money spend and initial impressions are good. Coming to the delivery and bicycle installation, I request anyone who is willing to buy this cycle avoid opting for installation by technitian and do it by urself. It is simple and if u watch their videos u can easily do it. Cultsport will refund 300/- if u install it buy urself. And if u still have some issues after installing by urself, u can go to any bicycle shop and pay this 300/- there for initial bicycle fine tuning. They will fix everything including gear, brakes etc. There is no guarantee that the person who comes for installation have good knowledge on handling gear cycle. In my case the person doesn't have any knowledge in fine tuning the gears. They just know to tight screws, nut and bolt. No technical knowledge. I think Cultsport has to look in this matter while choosing technitians. Also we have free diet consultation by cultsport. Dietitian Surya contacted me and provided my diet plan. Overall I am satisfied with ths cycle and other addons except installation.

Since it is one of their high selling product, it took a little longer to arrive home. But the delivery was smooth. And then the installation was smoother. Their support team adjusts their schedule as per your availability. I found their installation service prompt. Now about the cycle. It is perfect for a beginner. Easy to ride, runs smoothly. To add a cherry on top, the dietician plan helps you more in the process.

Think twice before ordering this bicycle. I received a damaged product, and even the person sent for installation confirmed it was faulty. The gears were not working, and the spokes were damaged. After identifying the issues, he dismantled it on the spot. Since then, I’ve been trying to get help from customer care all day, but no one is taking ownership to replace the product or arrange a technician visit. This was supposed to be a gift for my child, and I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience. Very poor service—no accountability, no proper support. I strongly suggest skipping this product. Instead, buy from a reliable local cycle store where you can see what you’re getting and ensure quality.

Colour: Blue,Black One of the best cycle I have ever purchased and comes at a great price. Shimano gear system is fantastic as always. Sturdy product but still very light weight. But i got this product with missing tools for the assembly of the cycle. Other than all this cult sport has provided free 3 month subscription for diet plan and have got a good dietician and talked to me very throughly and explained me things properly. My Dietician Sandhya clearly informed my diet plan and what should I have to do in daily routine. I really appreciate the Dietician support and the way I was explained. I definitely suggest to buy this product without any second thought. Product and cultsport support is fantastic.

Got a call from Dietician - Neha, She gave a detailed diet plan as per my requirement after taking my basic info and my health goals into consideration. Mudgaurd is a necessity for cycle and should have provided with the package. Will have to purchase it additionally. She prepared a detailed diet plan for me and clearly informed what are the foods I have to consume as well as what are the exercises I have to do in my daily routine.
